Question: Do I need a licence or any experience to pilot any of your vessels?
Answer: No, we give a full operational and safety briefing when you arrive.

Question: What conditions do you cancel for?
Answer: We only cancel bookings if its heavy constant rain or the water conditions do not allow safe use of our equipment. We do not cancel for light rain or cloudy days.

Question: Do we have to pick the vessel up and launch it ourselves.
Answer: No, all vessels are in the water fully fuelled and ready to go.

Question: How much fuel will I use?
Answer: The boats will use from 20 - 50 litres and the jet skis from 30 - 55 litres for a 4hr or more hire depending on how fast and how far you are travelling.

Question: What if we break down out on the water?
Answer: In the unlikely event that you break down, we have a rescue vessel on stand by at all times and you also have communication equipment to contact the coast guard.

Question: What are the age limits?
Answer: You have to be 15 years and over to pilot a jet ski & 18 years and over to pilot a boat. If under these age limits we require that you are accompanied by an adult. Passengers can be any age.

Question: Do you have life jackets for children?
Answer: We have life jackets in all sizes from toddler to wrestler.

Question: Do you have larger boats to take more passengers
Answer: No, all our boats are the same make and model .

Question: Are your costs per person or per vessel.
Answer: All costs are per vessel or per activity.

Question: Can we take a vessel over night.
Answer: No, we don't allow our vessel to be transported or launched by customers.
