Activities:

1. Cancellation fees apply if cancelled less than 72hrs in advance. No refund of the 30% deposit if cancelled less than 24hrs in advance.

2. Fuel cost NOT included in self drive jet ski and boat hire 4, 6 & 8 hour options.
  
3. Full refund or alternate hire date if we have to cancel your booking due to weather.
 
4. A $200 fully refundable bond or Credit Card details (Not debit card) to be supplied on pick up of your equipment.
 
5. Photo I.D. required (Passport or Drivers license). No I.D. No hire.

6. Late arrival time will be deducted from your hire duration.
 
7. If running more than 30 minutes late you must contact us and speak to one of our staff directly or your booking may be cancelled with no refund. The best way to contact us is to phone the mobile number 021-585-710.
 
8. Pilots of jet skis must be 15 years of age and over, boats 18 years and over. Anybody under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
9. We retain the right to refuse equipment hire if we feel the equipment will be misused or the hirer could put themselves or others in danger.

10. We require a 30% deposit to secure a booking.

Do I need a license to pilot any of your vessels?
No, we give a full operational briefing when you arrive and if you have no experience we can take you out on the water for a short lesson.
What weather conditions do you cancel for?
We only cancel bookings if there is constant rain or the water conditions do not allow safe use of our vessels. We do not cancel for light rain or cloudy days.
Do we have to pick up the vessel and launch it?
No, we launch and retrieve all vessels free of charge.
How much fuel will we use?
It all depends what you are using the vessels for, on average you will use between 20 - 40 liters for 4 hours. The boats hold a maximum 70 litres and the jet skis hold 60 liters. Fuel used is regular and is priced a pump prices.
What happens if we breakdown out on the water?
In the unlikely event you do break down on the water we have a rescue vessel on standby at all time and all areas have cell phone coverage.
Are there any age limits?
To pilot a jet ski you must be 15 years of age or over and 18 year or over to pilot a boat,If under these ages you must be accompanied by a adult.
Do you have life jackets for children?
We have life jackets for all ages and sizes from toddler to wrestler.
Do you have larger boats for more passengers or charters?
No, sorry.
Are your cost per person?
No, cost are per vessel or activity.
Can we take a vessel to another location with a trailer?
No, we launch and retrieve all vessels, we do not allow vessels to be taken to other locations or over night.
What are your start times?
You can start your hire as early as sun rise, all hires have to be back by 6pm unless a later time has been arranged with us prior to your hire.
Do we have to book in advance?
You can book as late as half an hour before your hire, but we strongly recommend customers to book in advance as some dates we can be fully booked weeks in advance.
